Last updated: October 14, 2026
Use TechWithDB lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that does not compromise other learners or the Services.
You must not
- Use the Services to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or facilitate unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Attempt to bypass sign-in, payment, or content-access controls; probe or disrupt the platform; or introduce malware or harmful code.
- Scrape, bulk-download, mirror, resell, or redistribute protected content without permission.
- Share accounts or credentials, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your qualifications, ownership, or authority.
- Upload content you do not have the rights and permissions to use, or content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or exposes private or confidential information.
- Interfere with another learner’s use of the Services or misuse contact, feedback, or instructor tools.
Content you submit
You retain rights you already hold in content you submit. You grant TechWithDB permission to host, process, review, and display it as needed to operate the feature for which you submitted it. Do not submit confidential customer information, credentials, or personal data about others without a lawful basis and appropriate permission.
Instructor uploads and commercial participation require separate terms. See Instructor Terms and Marketplace Participation.
Reports and enforcement
Report suspected copyright infringement, security issues, or policy violations through the Contact page, with enough detail for us to locate the material or issue. Do not include secrets or sensitive personal data in a report. We may remove or restrict material and suspend relevant accounts when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any required notice or appeal process.
These rules supplement the Terms of Service.
