Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

How TechWithDB handles course payments, refund requests, and subscription cancellations.

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This policy describes the current intended process for marketplace payments. Specific offer terms shown before checkout also apply. Applicable consumer rights always take precedence over this policy.

Prices and payment processing

The offer and checkout show the price, currency, course or membership, and any subscription schedule before payment. TechWithDB verifies payment with its payment provider before granting paid access. Razorpay currently processes supported transactions. Your payment method details are handled by the payment provider, not stored as full card details by TechWithDB.

If a payment is debited but access is not enabled, contact us through the Contact page with the account email, offer, approximate payment date, amount, and provider transaction reference. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or one-time codes.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable law and the terms shown at purchase. Contact us as soon as possible with the order or payment reference and the reason for the request. We may ask for reasonable information to locate the transaction. We will explain the decision and, if approved, initiate the refund through the payment provider. Provider processing times may vary.

This review approach does not remove any cancellation, refund, withdrawal, or other right that applicable law makes mandatory. A payment-provider status or receipt alone does not change the policy or establish that a refund has been approved.

If a full or partial refund is processed, access associated with the refunded purchase may be removed or adjusted. This reflects the current system behavior: verified refund events revoke the related entitlement. Access already downloaded or copied cannot be recalled.

Subscription cancellation

Where a recurring subscription is offered, the checkout and offer must disclose its billing amount and schedule. Use the cancellation method presented for that subscription, or contact us if it is not available. A cancellation request may take effect at the end of the current billing period when supported by the subscription terms and provider. Charges already made are not automatically refunded by cancellation. Any statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

The exact cancellation controls and timelines must be confirmed for each live offer before it is sold. A one-time purchase or the current test membership does not automatically renew.

Contact

For payment, cancellation, or refund requests, use the Contact page. Include only the information needed to identify the transaction. See Course and Membership Access for how paid access works.
