Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit or use TechWithDB, including its website, learning tools, accounts, courses, and marketplace features (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use features that require agreement. These Terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before live commercial use.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly tell us through the Contact page if you suspect unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where applicable law says otherwise. If you are a minor, use the Services only with any parental or guardian permission required by law.

Google sign-in is currently used for account authentication. Email and password signup shown on the site is a preview and does not create an account. Guest learning progress may be stored in your browser; signed-in learning progress may sync to your account.

Learning content and permitted use

TechWithDB provides technical education and practice material. Content is for learning purposes and is not a guarantee of employment, certification, exam results, security, or fitness for a particular production environment. Validate commands, configurations, costs, and security implications before using them. You are responsible for how you apply the material.

Subject to these Terms and any purchase-specific terms, you may use the Services for personal learning. Do not copy, redistribute, sell, or publicly republish protected course material unless you have permission or the law allows it. Additional rules are in Acceptable Use and Content Rules.

Paid content and payments

Prices, currency, included content, access duration, and any subscription schedule will be shown with the offer before you pay. A purchase is not complete until the payment provider confirms it and TechWithDB verifies it. Payment processing is provided by third parties, currently Razorpay for supported marketplace transactions. Refund, cancellation, and access details are in Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations and Course and Membership Access.

Where a recurring subscription is offered, the checkout disclosures and subscription terms for that specific offer control its billing schedule and cancellation process. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund prior charges. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or the Services for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We will take reasonable steps to avoid disrupting paid access, but availability is not guaranteed. Where a change materially affects a paid entitlement, we will handle it under the applicable purchase terms and law.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, suspected fraud, unlawful use, or a material breach of these Terms. We will provide notice where practical and legally permitted. You may stop using the Services at any time. Account or data deletion requests can be made through the Contact page; some records may need to be retained for legal, security, payment, or accounting purposes.

Intellectual property and third-party services

TechWithDB and its licensors retain rights in the Services and original materials, except for content identified as belonging to others. Third-party products and services remain subject to their own terms and privacy notices. User and instructor content is addressed in Acceptable Use and Content Rules and Instructor Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or universally accurate content. Nothing here excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
