Course and Membership Access

This page explains the intended access rules for paid courses and memberships. The specific offer shown before purchase determines what content is included and for how long.

Purchase and activation

You need to sign in to purchase. Access is granted only after the payment is verified by TechWithDB’s server. Payment authorization alone may not activate access immediately; provider confirmation can take time. If access does not appear after confirmation, contact us through the Contact page with your account email and payment reference.

Included content and duration

Before purchase, review the offer description for included lessons, features, price, currency, renewal schedule, and access period. Cloud, DevOps, and Pro subscriptions cover only content in their advertised learning areas that TechWithDB has marked as premium: Cloud covers AWS, DevOps covers DevOps, and Pro covers both. The Premium membership unlocks premium pages and published courses identified by its offer. Access dates are calculated from verified purchase or subscription events recorded by the platform.

Unless an offer says otherwise, paid access is for the purchasing account and is not transferable. It does not grant permission to redistribute, mirror, or share protected lesson files.

Renewals and cancellations

One-time purchases do not renew automatically. A recurring subscription renews only according to the schedule disclosed at checkout and the provider’s terms. When a subscription is cancelled, access may remain active until the paid period ends if the provider confirms a cancellation effective at period end. Access may end sooner for a halted payment, completed term, or other status described by the offer and applicable law.

Refunds, expiry, and service changes

Refund requests are handled under Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations. A refund can revoke or reduce the associated entitlement. Access also ends when a paid term expires. We may update or retire content; if a material change affects a paid offer, we will address it under the purchase terms and applicable law.

Content limitations

Access controls help prevent unauthorized retrieval but cannot prevent an authorized learner from copying, recording, or redistributing content. Do not share account credentials or make protected content available to others. See Acceptable Use and Content Rules.
